Are Hostels & Camps Safe Alternatives for Cheap Travel?

Camping and staying in hostels is a really cheap alternative for lodging when you travel, but are they safe? Today’s podcast explores that issue.

I know when I traveled throughout the UK a couple of years ago, our group stayed exclusively in hostels and I loved it! They were so inexpensive, and we were spending very little time in our rooms. After all, the purpose of our trip was to see the sights, not spend hours in our lodgings! So I cared very little if I had to sleep in a bunk bed, though I did find it a bit disconcerting sleeping with strangers in the same room.

Still, if you don’t mind cooking your own meals (or eating out elsewhere) and you’re not looking for luxurious accommodations, I think hostels can be a great alternative.

I also love camping, provided I can find a decent campground, that is safe, clean, and has flush toilets!

All Inclusive Travel Packages

All inclusive travel packages… are you wondering if those “everything included” travel deals are really worth what they cost?

I’m here to tell you they can be… sometimes. But you need to know what you’re getting, because chances are, everything is NOT included, no matter what the ads say. For example, I was surprised when I took a cruise that use of the gym facilities and the spa/massage were NOT included. On the other hand, ALL of the food, even midnight snacks, were covered.

Today’s audio article/podcast will answer your questions about all inclusive travel packages…

Not only will inclusive travel deals save you money (most of the time) but they will also save you time and stress, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy your travel adventure.

There are many types of all inclusive packages and the trick is to figure out just what they do include. Every person is different and has separate needs for their travel plans, but inclusive travel plans are so varied these days that most people can be catered for.
